No bake:
I love the soft texture on the no bake granola and didn't really end up eating much of the baked granola.
Ingredients:
Old Fashioned rolled oats - not quick set
1 cup chunky peanut butter - pan melted on low heat
1 cup honey
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix oats, peanut butter and honey together until the oats are well coated.
Add additional honey and peanut butter until well coated.
Add in chocolate chips.
Pour into baking dish.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
I tend to keep mine in the fridge so they stay together a little better. They're still good without refrigeration.
