Talk Nerdy To Me Shirt

I saw a shirt like this a few years ago, but forgot about it until now when I realized I could make it myself.

Cake Boxes

Not sure what I'm going to put in these, but I thought they were really cute!

Strawberry boxes for Mindy and Geoff.

Super cute and super girly. Sorry Geoff.

Monster Shirt

My sister is throwing a monster Birthday party for my nephew. I had an extra shirt and assume Grant needed something else in the box of goodies shipping out to them this week. I hope it's not too boring.

Used ink printing and iron transfers. I also missed a little dot of iron transfer that ended up on the shirt in the lower mid left. dang it.

Batman Shirt

My nephew loves Batman so my sister asked me if I could make him this shirt.

I love it!

Little Princess Dresses

Princess dresses for two little princesses!

I used the flocked iron transfer material for the yellow and white areas and regular transfer for the teal. The flocked iron transfer material is so easy to work with. I don't like fighting with all of the little corners on vinyl. The regular transfer is just like vinyl. Grrr! It helps when you remember to mirror your text the first time around too. Before you get it all peeled apart and ready to go... Grrr again!

I think these turned out pretty cute!

The Greatest Thing Vinyl Canvas

I've been wanting to make a canvas with a quote for a while now, but wasn't sure which quote to use. I LOVE Moulin Rouge so this one was perfect.

It was a major pain to get the vinyl letting to stick to the canvas so that I could paint over it, but I really like how it's not perfect and some of the paint bled under the letters.  I just wish I had kids so I could make some really cute things.

Star Gift Box

I wanted to make some cute pillow box gift boxes for Grant and Annabelle's necklaces. I thought this one was cute and a little boyish.

Etched Baking Dish

This turned out a lot better than the colored glass Pi plate.

Easily identifiable dish for easy return at pot lucks or for delivered meals.

Etched Pi Plate

I made a Pi plate using the Silhouette Cameo to cut the vinyl stencil and Armor Etch to do the actual glass etching.

Using non-colored glass may give better result. I'm not really impressed with it, but it'll work.

Clean or Dirty Dishwasher Vinyl Decal

My dishwasher has an indicator light which tells me if the dishes are clean, but this light goes off if the door has been opened. I've re-washed clean dishes and I've put an entire load of dirty dishes away in the cabinet before seeing a clearly unwashed fork... If I can get in the habit of using this it could save me some time and headache.

Might try to make a cute magnet to go with this sometime, but for now the doggie magnet will do.

Vinyl is so much fun since you can easily remove it without any damage to the surface you've put it on for the most part.

Raging Demon Shirt

Akuma shirt using ink printing:

Back:

I had to adjust the images I found through Google image search, but it's really a very easy process once you start playing around with it.

Simple perfection!

Silhouette Cameo Giraffe Ink Printing

My first Silhouette Cameo ink printing:

It takes 20 minutes to dry enough to iron the ink on the shirt. I did place the backing from the transfer sheet under the first layer of the shirt so that the ink would not bleed through onto the back of the shirt. This step was not included in the instructions.

I love Giraffes!

Silhouette Cameo Keychains

The Silhouette Cameo can cut fabrics which makes it really fun and easy to do appliques.

The original instructions for this are located here.

Silhouette Cameo Cupcake Holder

I don't think this thing would actually be functional, at least not the way it turned out for me. There are some little pouches and things that I really do want to try with the Silhouette Cameo that I think would be so cute for gifts. More to come!

Doggie Vinyl Decal

I've always wanted to add a vinyl decal to my macbook air. Now I have one that's personalized!

The little letters are really hard to get in one piece. I initially had little doggie footprints trailing behind my little fur babies, but they didn't survive.
